Bridal Fitness Coach Expands Globally

I founded Bridal Fitness Coach because I wanted to combine my passion for health and fitness with my love for weddings.

When I started in the fitness industry in 2009, no one specialized in training brides and bridal parties. I decided to change that.

Over the years, I have enjoyed training hundreds of happy brides and bridal parties. Many of these brides still train with me and are now moms.

From the beginning, I planned to expand Bridal Fitness Coach across the United States. However, I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted to do this.

Over the last few years, it became clear that online coaching was the way to go.

I realized that online coaching allowed me to make Bridal Fitness Coach available to a new generation of brides and fitness coaches. It also meant I could expand my business globally, not just across the United States!

In February 2022, I started working on revamping Bridal Fitness Coach. I won't bore you with all of the minute details. I will say that many hours have been spent, and are still being spent, on this labor of love.

It's now June 2022, and I'm very proud of what I've been able to create. I've compiled a team of fitness coaches from around the world. These women are as passionate about fitness and weddings as I am. Also, many of them have been brides, so they understand how stressful this time in a bride's life can be.

In addition, we use the most advanced technology available to create a quality virtual training experience for brides and bridal parties.
