Dear Readers,

My name is Page Wilson; I'm 30 years old. I live in the vibrant city of San Francisco, a place I'm proud to call home. I work in Environmental Law. Currently, I'm expanding my horizons by working towards my MBA at SFU, embracing every challenge and opportunity that comes my way.

Last Saturday, my life took an exciting turn—I got engaged to my incredible boyfriend of 10 years! We’re planning a Spring 2025 wedding. We don’t have a firm date yet, but we are aiming for May. Although I’m ecstatic, admittedly, I’m nervous about some things.

In this post-pandemic world, where everything feels like it's moving at a hundred miles an hour, I've found myself at a standstill with one aspect of my life: my health and fitness. The truth is, I don't know where to begin when it comes to losing weight. The thought is daunting, and I'm terrified of failing.

However, life has a funny way of nudging us in the right direction. I woke up to a game-changer after a heart-to-heart with my best friend last night. Olive sent me a reel from Bridal Fitness Coach, "5 Ways to Overcome Your Fear of Working Out." It was serendipitous! It was the sign I needed to take the first step towards a change. I made a commitment to myself and booked a consultation for next Friday with Tammy, The Bridal Fitness Coach. I know I need to make this change, not just for the wedding but for myself. However, I’m super nervous about meeting Tammy and beginning this new experience.

As I start my journey with Bridal Fitness Coach, I invite you to join me, draw inspiration from my determination, and kickstart your path to wellness. Let's grow and become stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled together.

XOXO,
Page
