No, you do not need a gym membership. Your customized training program will be designed around your workout location and accessible equipment. If it is determined you are in need of additional equipment to achieve your goals, recommendations will be made.
Yes. The BFC Fitness App is suitable for all levels of experience. Your coach will use the information from your initial questionnaire to design a training program that is appropriate for you.

This is one of one of the great things about the BFC Fitness App. You can work with us no matter where you are located and entirely on your time schedule.
Many of our clients have jobs that require them to travel, which makes our fitness app an ideal fit for them.
Your coach will be happy to put together alternative workouts for when you travel, so that you can stick to your routine and continue making steady progress.
Absolutely not! We are not in the business of offering cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training programs or nutrition plans. We will use the information in your completed consultation form to design a training and nutrition program specifically tailored for you.
Each exercise has step-by-step instructions and a demonstration video. These can be viewed at any time directly in our fitness app.
Without knowing the exact nature of your injury and since this is an online service, we are not in a position to say for sure.
We suggest that you get in-person advice on any injuries before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of our service. To be clear, although our training programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalized medical advice.
You will be able to message your coach at any time directly through our mobile fitness app.
When you message your coach, they will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. You should not have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to a question, excluding weekends and holidays.
Your coach will check in with you once per month to see how everything is going with your program and to make modifications where appropriate.
You will check in and log each of your workouts in our fitness app or your desktop computer. Your coach will then be able to track your progress via the Client Dashboard.
Having good exercise form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress.
To make sure your exercise form is perfect, you will periodically record videos of yourself doing the recommended exercises. You will then share these with your coach. After viewing the videos, your coach will provide feedback on how you can correct your exercise form.
You and your coach will measure your progress in a variety of ways, such as:
– Body Fat Percentage
– Body Measurements
In addition, you will upload regular progress photos to the fitness app. This will allow you and your coach to clearly see all of the visual improvements you are making. (These photos are kept private between you and your coach.)
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting to cancel your membership.
Once you cancel, you will not be charged again going forward, and will still have access to the BFC fitness app and support from your coach until the end of your current payment period.
