Tammy Foxx
Hello! My name is Tammy, and I live in San Francisco, California.
Before moving to San Francisco, I lived in Texas, recruiting and managing professional basketball players.
Since 2009, I've trained hundreds of happy brides, grooms, and bridesmaids. Many of my brides are now moms and still clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, playing board games, taking care of my many plants, volunteering in the community, and traveling with my husband. I believe in Southern hospitality, enjoying life, and laughter.
I've handpicked a global team of elite fitness coaches. Most of us have been brides, so we understand how stressful this time in your life can be.
These remarkable women are my sisters and friends. I am confident you will love them as much as I do.
Coach Anita
G’day from down under, my name is Anita, and I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I have been a personal trainer since 2011. I believe good health and movement equals an active and happy life.
I enjoy motivating clients with strength training and toning using their body weight and resistance bands. I also incorporate fast-moving, calorie-burning HIIT routines to help maximize results.
I use Pilates-based exercises to help with postural corrections. So, my clients stand proud and feel great about themselves on their wedding day.
Good guidance, understanding, and motivation helps my clients reach their goals.
Coach Karen
Hi, my name is Karen, and I live in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I was married in 2020. I know the struggle of losing weight before your wedding day and after your first year of marriage.
Life gets busy, and getting in shape by yourself is not easy. I’m here to help you look and feel amazing for your special day and the rest of your life.
I’m an internationally qualified dance teacher. I also instruct in Pilates and barre work. Being healthy is very important to me. I’d love to share what I’ve learned through my journeys.
My goal is for you to look and feel your best!
Coach Maritza
Hi! My name is Maritza. I live half of the year in Costa Rica and the other half in Ireland.
I have been in health and wellness since 2011. I am a passionate and habit-based coach who approaches nutrition and fitness from a natural and holistic perspective.
When I hit my 30s, I realized how hard and slow it often is to lose those extra pounds and have a slim waistline. Now, in my mid 30’s, I’m more fit and healthy than in my 20’s. I would love to share what has helped me and guide you every step along the way!
I will work closely with you, creating a customized fitness plan that focuses on performance, mindset, motivation, and lifestyle. I keep things interesting by incorporating Pilates, yoga, HIIT, and cardiovascular training into my workouts.

Hi! My name is Michelle, and I live in North Carolina with my husband, Harley.
I’m an enthusiastic and motivational fitness instructor passionate about health and wellbeing. I find joy in witnessing my clients achieve life-changing results, while developing an overall sense of accomplishment and confidence.
My initial interest in the fitness industry sprung from a determination to take control of my habits and sculpt my desired physique. That spark continued to blossom as I observed my aunt, Tammy, build and establish a successful personal training business. I had been looking for an outlet to share the methods I used for my transformation, and personal training seemed to fit the bill perfectly!
I would love to join you on your journey and provide the support and structure you need to achieve lasting results.

Hello, my name is Trista. I live in Cozumel, Mexico with my two teenage daughters, and we love it here!
I started a few years ago as a personal trainer, and I love seeing my clients successfully overcome their challenges and reach their fitness goals. I have also taught group fitness classes for a few years and love it!

Hi, I’m Winter, and I live in San Francisco, California. I help those who loathe exercising to fall in love with fitness and I push them to levels they can't do on their own.
Once upon a time, I discovered what my body was capable of mastering through fitness. Now, I find fulfillment in using my experiences and qualifications to help you explore what your body is capable of with just enough work. I don't just count reps. I focus on form, ensuring your workouts are both safe and effective with customized programming for your specific goals. We will focus on your training, recovery, and nourishment. I'm here to be your personal guide on every step of this journey!
My passion for fitness began in track and field, where I worked with various coaches, trainers, and athletes. I started my training career at top commercial gyms, including Equinox, where I worked alongside some of the best in the business.
