Bridal Fitness Coach Expands Globally

I founded Bridal Fitness Coach because I wanted to combine my passion for health and fitness with my love for weddings.

When I started in the fitness industry in 2009, no one specialized in training brides and bridal parties. I decided to change that.

Over the years, I have enjoyed training hundreds of happy brides and bridal parties. Many of these brides still train with me and are now moms.

From day one, my vision was to expand Bridal Fitness Coach nationwide, but I wasn't sure how to achieve this goal. Then, I discovered the perfect solution: launching the Bridal Fitness Coach app. This not only allowed me to reach brides across the U.S. but also opened the doors to a global audience!

In February 2022, I embarked on a mission to revamp Bridal Fitness Coach. Countless hours have been poured into this labor of love, refining every detail.

It's now June 2022, and I'm very proud of what I've been able to create. I've compiled a team of fitness coaches from around the world. These women are as passionate about fitness and weddings as I am. Also, many of them have been brides, so they understand how stressful this time in a bride's life can be.

In addition, we use the most advanced technology available to create a quality virtual training experience for brides and bridal parties.
