Do I need a gym membership?

No, you do not need a gym membership. Your customized training program will be designed around your workout location and accessible equipment. If it is determined you are in need of additional equipment to achieve your goals, recommendations will be made.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Bridal Fitness Coach’s online personal training program is suitable for all levels of experience. Your coach will use the information from your initial questionnaire to design a training program that is appropriate for you.

Do you work with men?

Yes, we work with both women and men.

Do I need to live in the United States?

Absolutely not! We work with people from all over the world.

This is one of one of the great things about online personal training. You can work with us no matter where you are located and entirely on your time schedule.

What if I travel frequently?

Many of our clients have jobs that require them to travel, which makes online personal training an ideal fit for them.

Your coach will be happy to put together alternative workouts for when you travel, so that you can stick to your routine and continue making steady progress.

Are these “cookie-cutter” training programs?

Absolutely not! We are not in the business of offering cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training programs or nutrition plans. We will use the information in your completed consultation form to design a training and nutrition program specifically tailored for you.

How do I learn how to do each exercise?

Each exercise has step-by-step instructions and a demonstration video. These can be viewed at any time directly in our mobile training app.

I have an injury. Is online personal training right for me?

Without knowing the exact nature of your injury and since this is an online service, we are not in a position to say for sure.

We suggest that you get in-person advice on any injuries before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of our service. To be clear, although our training programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalized medical advice.

How will I communicate with my coach?

You will be able to message your coach at any time directly through our mobile training app or via email if you prefer.

How quickly will my coach get back to me?

When you message your coach, they will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. You should not have to wait more than 24 hours for a response to a question, excluding weekends and holidays.

How often will my coach check in with me?

Your coach will check in with you once per week to see how everything is going with your program and to make modifications where appropriate.

How will my coach monitor my workouts?

You will check in and log each of your workouts in our mobile training app or using your desktop computer. Your coach will then be able to track your progress via the Client Dashboard.

How will my coach correct my exercise form?

Having good exercise form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress.

To make sure your exercise form is perfect, you will periodically record videos of yourself doing the recommended exercises. You will then share these with your coach. After viewing the videos, your coach will provide feedback on how you can correct your exercise form.

How will my coach measure my progress?

You and your coach will measure your progress in a variety of ways, such as:

– Weight
– Body Fat Percentage
– Body Measurements

In addition, you will upload regular progress photos to the mobile training app. This will allow you and your coach to clearly see all of the visual improvements you are making. (These photos are kept private between you and your coach.)

How does the free trial work?

Our free trial allows you to try out our online personal training program risk-free to make sure that it is a good fit for you. This includes getting started with your training and nutrition program, which your trainer will put together for you once you sign up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at support@bridalfitnesscoach.com and requesting to cancel your membership.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again going forward, and will still have access to the Bridal Fitness Coach mobile training app and support from your coach until the end of your current payment period.

What steps do you take to secure my data?
