Online Coaching

  • No! We are not in the business of offering cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training programs or nutrition plans. We will use the information you've provided us to design a training and nutrition program specifically tailored for you.

  • Each exercise has step-by-step instructions and a demonstration video.

  • Your coach will check in weekly via video call and throughout the week to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed.

  • You will be able to message your coach any time directly through the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

  • When you message your coach, she will always try to get back to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you will receive a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • There are two ways your coach can critique your exercise form. You can record your form during your workout and send her a video message, or she can correct it during your weekly video call.

  • Your coach will monitor your workouts using the Dashboard and Calendar on the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

  • You and your coach can measure your progress in a variety of ways, such as:

    – Weight

    – Body Fat Percentage

    – Body Measurements

    In addition, you can upload regular progress photos to the Bridal Fitness Coach App. These will allow you and your coach to see your visual improvements. (These photos are kept private between you and your coach.)

  • The Bridal Fitness Coach App is perfect for you because you can do it anytime and anywhere.

Virtual Coaching

  • Your coach will train you live via video call using the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

  • You will join the video call directly from the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

  • Of course! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your session, no questions asked.

  • You will keep track of your training sessions on the Dashboard of the Bridal Fitness Coach App.

  • Every 4 weeks your account will reload with new sessions. Unused sessions expire 6 weeks after being loaded onto your account.

  • Yes! We offer a full suite of wellness offerings to ensure you look and feel your best on your wedding day, from Pilates to nutrition coaching.

  • Definitely! We have lots of experience training small groups. Send an email to info@bridalfitnesscoach.com to discuss custom packages.

  • Absolutely! We love parties. Send an email to info@bridalfitnesscoach.com to discuss designing a fun experience for your group.

General

  • Yes. Our programs are suitable for all levels of experience. Your coach will use the information you've provided to design a training program that is appropriate for you.

  • If your medical professional has cleared you for exercise, then working with a personal coach can be highly beneficial for preventing or managing many common chronic conditions and injuries. Your coach will design safe, effective workouts that meet your specific needs.

    If you have any further questions, please discuss these with Tammy during your consultation.

  • Tammy personally hand-picks each of our coaches. She looks all over the world for coaches who are not only the best at what they do but who also understand the specific needs of brides. Most of our coaches have been brides themselves!

  • Tammy will assist you with choosing a coach during your consultation.

  • Absolutely! We work with everyone, including the groom, mother of the bride, and bridesmaids.

  • Absolutely! Many of our brides are still clients. We've had the privilege of watching their families grow. We've even trained many of them during their pregnancies.

  • No. You do not need a gym membership or additional equipment. Your customized training program will be designed around your workout location and accessible equipment. If it is determined you are in need of additional equipment to achieve your goals, recommendations will be made.

  • Not at all! Bridal Fitness Coach is international. We work with brides worldwide in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia, Oceania, and Europe.

  • Absolutely not!

  • We accept all major credit cards.

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the web version of the Bridal Fitness Coach App, navigating to My Purchases, and clicking on Cancel Auto-renew.

    You will no longer get charged once you cancel. You will still have access to the Bridal Fitness Coach App and support from your coach until the end of your current payment period.
